My first day of this project was somewhat hard because I was going to start on Dec.26 but I ate meat that day so yah. So instead I started on Dec.27, I hated it since my family brought some Scruby’s home and I could not get any so that was a blow to the face. I will say all the things I want to say to you Mrs. Francis in the reflection expect a surprise.
Do not be tempted. It sure might smell delicious but " we" must be strong!
The first day seemed like it would've been hard for me, but once you get the hang of it everything goes smoothly. You get used to not eating meat.
To be honest, this was an easy challenge because meat, eggs, or milk, are not the only delicious and nutritious food. The only difficult thing was choosing what to replace those nutrients with.
That was difficult thing for me as well. Along with having to eat out and not being able to have 95% of the things on the menu.
Overall the two weeks for me was tough and challenging, being vegan was a lot harder then i expected. Although, it was hard i felt good about myself eating healthier then i usually would and cutting back from greasy burgers. I did not find much some unknown energy but i did feel better and not so droopy and tired. I'm seriously considering on continuing the diet.
I agree with you on how I didn't feel as tiresome in the afternoons, usually when I eat a big meal.
Practicing vegan-ism wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be. Even though in the beginning it was difficult, after a few days passed I felt my body being accustomed to the diet.
Can people return late test corrections, please!!!!
